It is always a good day going to first practice on Friday for the Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix at Albert Park.

Due to the (understandable) safety measures such as the fencing and the (less welcome) restrictions placed upon visitors based on the colour of your pass around your neck and the amount of $$ you were willing to shell out, seeing and photographing much of the F1 circus was not an option. But the Supercar paddock was much more accessible and a good variety of static and manufacturer displays were also spread around the Albert Park circuit.

But the thing I enjoy most about any such adventure is going out and finding what I can “see”, hopefully seeing something that others might have missed. It’s that being open to what’s there and following my own creativity that I really like.
